A/N: Eugenia Hill was the mother of Augustus Hill, one of the regulars on the HBO show “OZ”. She was only shown in one episode- the season five premiere “Visitation”, which showed the type of woman she was and then, in true Oz fashion, took her away from us. The effects on his mother's death sent Augustus into a downward spiral and then resulted in his death at the end of that season. This is my little tribute to Eugenia and the faith she seemed to hold so strongly.

Summary: .Max is here. He's been in Chicago for almost two weeks. He's clean. He's sober. He's doing a survey of the ER, evaluating the feasibility of a dedicated pediatric emergency unit. And he wants to take Anna home.

Reccer's Notes: So this picks up at what was literally the end of the character's world on ER, when she leaves and goes back to Pittsburg. Except it spins that off and gives the character a possibly happier ending. It fits the theme additionally because the girl is really struggling through the whole fic and certain the world will end if she stays in Chicago (but may equally end if she leaves.) It's a lovely fic for a character who does not get a lot of love in the fandom.

And her two scenes are both very short and similar, so, she's basically a one-hit wonder anyways. She does not have a canonical name, but the actress is called Nikol, so I chose Nik.

Reccer's Notes: This tackles the deleted scene of Jim running into another Orion female, mistaking her for Gaila, and apologizing for her because "lol they all look the same to him." It's a terrible premise that was thankfully ditched in the final film, but the fic takes the premise and makes it a greater issue of Starfleet's biases against Orions. It also serves as an interesting piece to explore asexuality within a culture that barely understands the concept of consent, and presents Gaila as someone who truly believes in a sisterhood of women above all else. Content warnings for brief discussions of slavery and lack of consent within Orion culture, as well as unintended sexual harassment in Starfleet.

Author Note - As of writing this Molly counts as being only in one episode in her non-speaking cameo. Also Molly’s thoughts about her body reflect my own head canon. I can only imagine I would not be pleased to look like a spider in heaven and have been trying to figure out why this would happen. Of course, I know logically it’s because this was adapted from earlier projects and Vivzie didn’t want to change Molly’s appearance so heaven ended up with weird looking souls too. Still, I’d love to see an in-canon reason for this.

SUMMARY: Per the theme; Lisa is the schoolmate Dawn is talking to at the start of the second act of BtVS Season Five, Episode Sixteen 'The Body'. She was in one act of one episode (for less than two and a half minutes of an Act of just over seven minutes) yet I have a nearly complete back story in my head for her, and have written more than a dozen (at least) of fics about them; including one (as part of a series for an old Buffy fandom friend who was herself about to get married) where they get married.

This is the first time their names surnames have been revealed to me; for her Dad his first name too. This made writing this one extra special, and extra special too was that I wrote it in less than four hours from idea to completion (been a long time since I've written a story that fast!); also wonderful was the fun I had getting the story edited to a specific length as I was completing the final draft; so much fun and, again, something that hasn't happened for a very long time.

I was also pleased at how I responded to getting name-checked in the theme post; as good a feeling as the few times I got a fic rec'd, or nominated.
