I think purimgifts fits that criteria. The stories must be focused on: (1.) female characters, and/or (2.) Jewish characters, and/or (3.) Evil Viziers. Assignments are out but they're always looking for pinch hitters.

Oh, and halfamoon, which is happening right now, through February 14. There are daily prompts but you don't have to use them. You can post fic, graphics, meta, icons, prompts, challenges, vids. Anything as long as it is about canonically female characters.

If everywoman is running this year, it also fits.
