This is the catch-all post for prompting other creators and reccers to meet your needs for awesome ladies!

Leave a comment with the fandom and character, as well as a prompt or request for recs in whatever theme you want. Other people come through and either create or rec to meet the wish! Self-filling is welcome, if you get inspired after requesting.

The focus of the request should be on a woman character. One request per comment, please, to make it easier to find the requests.

This 155 word fic challenge originated with Scully Fic, and was revived by tree and me for scully_fest, a celebration of Dana Scully's 50th birthday. I reposted it here in 2017, and 2018. (I see I wrote one in 2018.) There is an AO3 collection as well: Scully in 155 for 155 word fics about Dana Scully, whether newly written for halfamoon, or back in 2001.

The X-Files: Deviations - Dana Scully & Samantha Mulder

1. fic. There are exactly three stories at AO3 for this tiny, tiny fandom so the field is wide open. I would like shipfic with Scully/Samantha. Or maybe Melissa/Samantha?. Gen fic is always welcomed with open arms. Or a casefic. Or, you could rewrite an episode. This fic is an example.

Little Women - Jo March

I would love to read a story about Jo March that doesn't marry her off to a poverty-stricken German intellectual, at least not right away. Why can't Jo have some adventures of her own first? Maybe she could be a nurse in a Civil War hospital, like Alcott herself, maybe minus the falling ill and nearly dying part. I can imagine her disguising herself as a boy and running away to join the Union Army. I'm resigned to Jo not marrying Laurie (let Amy deal with his neuroses) but why couldn't Jo get to travel all over Europe, maybe after she publishes her first novel? Getting married and running a school for boys seems like a poor sort of future for a talented, ambitious, unconventional woman like Jo. I bet Alcott would agree.

Aquarius - Charmain Tully

I started watching this cancelled series for David Duchovny but ended up staying with it for the character of LAPD policewoman (they were not yet officers in 1967) Charmain Tully.

Fringe - Agent Amy Jessup

Remember her? Agent Amy Jessup seemed like she was planned to be a big new character for season 2, but then after two episodes, she just disappeared. She was last seen comparing the Pattern to the Bible, which was intriguing.

What happened to her after "Night of Desirable Objects"? Bonus points for a Fringe/X-Files crossover.

The Good Place - Eleanor and Tehani
