I have two lovely, bittersweet fic recs written from the POV of two older sisters.
Time and Again by
apathy, written for me for Yuletide 2005, about Door and Ingress from Neverwhere
Door wanders along, content to listen to Ingress babbling as she investigates this shiny piece of jewellery, or that particularly fatal vial of poison. The words tumble out of her mouth, childish, carefree, like a stream over rocks, meandering and nonsensical to all observers.
Something Practical by
fire_and_a_rose, also written for me, about Susan Pevensie from The Chronicles of Narnia
And on the boat Susan dreams of incense and green silk and always music in the background.
