Day 11: Fic, Kamen Rider Gotchard

A/N: Also written for Fresh Femslash Salad Bar alongside this event. Prompts from FFSB were Gray & 200 words (minimum). Kyoka's main jacket is gray, so I went with this idea.
Summary: Lachesis comes back home to see Kyoka asleep at her desk.

Kyoka had exhausted herself yet again. After countless hours of doing more mechanical work and ignoring her own needs, she fell asleep right at her desk. She had worked for multiple days on this specific project. While she did have a couple breaks here and there, it clearly wasn’t enough.
This was far from an uncommon occurrence.
She had a tendency to work herself to the bone and get really into the process. Once she became focused, not much would be able to get Kyoka out of that zone. Lachesis remembered Spanner telling her that once she first moved in with them. Since he had dealt with it many times before.
So once Lachesis came home from grocery shopping to see Kyoka completely passed out at her desk, she wasn’t surprised one bit. This was not her first time seeing her like this and it would be far from the last. But it didn’t look entirely comfortable to be sleeping while hunched over her desk like that either.
Lachesis took a cushion from the couch, and laid it under her so she had more support. Kyoka was completely out cold as Lachesis moved her head up. She also took Kyoka’s usual jacket and gently draped it over her shoulders to make it into a blanket of sorts. It wasn’t that cold in the apartment right now, but she still thought it was a good idea.
She took note of how peaceful Kyoka looked. Her gentle breathing and body slightly moving up and down. Lachesis couldn’t help but smile as she silently hoped that Kyoka was getting some good rest. With all of the hard work Kyoka did throughout the day, she definitely deserved it.
Lachesis gently placed a kiss on her cheek before leaving, so her girlfriend could sleep uninterrupted.
