Hello all and Happy New Year!

This is just to let you know that Halfamoon will be happening this year. So dust off those ideas, start thinking about the fabulous female characters you want to create for, and I'll see you on February 1.

If anyone has a general non-fandom specific topic that they think would work, please let me know in the comments. And if anyone wants to help (or do) the masterlist this year, let me know that as well.

If there's no hard time limit for the masterlist (although obviously that doesn't mean I'd drag it out until December, lol!) I think I can lend a hand or two :)

If there's no hard time limit for the masterlist - LOL. I think I hit the six month point before last year's was posted. Thanks for your offer to help. I'm going to have to take a look at some of the earlier masterlists and see if there's a way that we can do this more easily. I'll be in touch.

Hello, yes, I'm still willing and available to help!

Last year you had it separated by fandom alphabetically, right? This other format seems less taxing. I don't have any fixed preferences, though, so if any day doesn't work for you, feel free to let me have them. Otherwise, idk, the odd days? 1, 3, 5..?

Yeah, I think I lost my head with the masterlist the last couple of years. LOL.

Splitting them between even and odd seems fair. If you get too bogged down, let me know. It can get a bit crazy after the midpoint.

If you want to just get a list together of your dates and then I'll let you know when things are ready to go.

I think it will also be easier to link to the original post at DW, rather than follow the link to Ao3.

Also, sometimes people add contributions as comments to the daily prompt post so be sure to check there as well.

I think that's wiser. Interested persons can open up the post and go to the fic if they wish, after all.

Oh, I know! I've noticed there is already a tiny fic on today's prompt post. I'll be sure to keep an eye out in case more people decide to post their stuff through there, not to worry (but it's a good reminder to look either way!) :)
