halfamoon | DAY 1 - 900 Days (BtVS) for Under the Light of the Moon

Apologies for possibly abusing the rules, but I am not one of life's most organised, or disciplined people and my muse? Well she turns up when she feels like it and I;d better be ready for whatever she wants. The version that appears here is the fourth, but the first that actually had a clear purpose from the start; first three were all pretty vague, but the moonlit beach was there from the start (there was also one with two different characters, but that never made it to the pencilk and paper stage. Seeing the prompt and watching Lulu at the time when I saw that post helped clear a logjam and led to this, a story that had it's genesis more than twenty years ago when I wrote the narrative poem in the blurb.

Now the scary part; waiting for comments...
