Fandoms and Interests: Fandoms I've actively participated in include Destiny, CJ Cherryh, His Dark Materials, The Books of the Raksura, Red Vs Blue, The Old Kingdom, Spider-Man, and Fallout: New Vegas. I enjoy spec-fic in general, especially things involving found families, bond companions, and/or rich worldbuilding, and I play a lot of video games. Non-fandom interests include environmental science and politics, though I don't tend to blog about them. This isn't my angry and engaged space.
Looking for others who post: Fandom and/or writing commentary. Real life and politics certainly aren't a dealbreaker, though!
Things about me: 30, white Australian, aro-ish ace, currently employed as an environment-agriculture middle man. The Conversation is my morning newspaper.
Anything Extra: I adore animals, with a special fondness for frogs and red-tailed black cockatoos; I enjoy learning many things but am terrible at actually mastering any of them; I use coyotes symbolically and a mental dialogue practically; and I think fresh homemade shortbread is a religious experience.
