Art: Final Fantasy XII and FFX

Fran (FFXII) and Lulu (FFX) from the Final Fantasy game series definitely qualify for this com. Fran is a new painting for this challenge, and I painted Lulu last year, after this challenge ended but did some major revisions recently. Both are awesome, deadly, pragmatic, clever, tough characters, and I love their maturity, and senses of humour. Both are also have ummm "interesting" impractical looking costume designs, somewhat at odds with their personalities.

I decided to make a picspam for a small selection of my favorite non-English speaking female characters ("non-English speaking" here meaning that they primarily speak in another language since some of these characters may codeswitch or speak occasional sentences in English). Picspam: The Awesome Ladies Of... YuGiOh

This is one of those series where it's really all about the boys and their pissing contest card game and so because of that the female characters tend to be just cheering them on for the sidelines. There are some female duelists in this show, but the best status they get is supporting character, (which, on the other hand, is better than nothing I guess). But the female characters are a large reason why I love this anime. When they need to help out, they will give all they can and I love all the support they give to the people in their lives.
