halfamoonI've posted this WIP to my journal and the usual Pirates places, but I'm happy to post it here as an Elizabeth-centered fic set after At World's End.

Disclaimer: These characters aren't stolen, simply borrowed - borrowed without permission - for personal, not commercial, purposes.
Pairing(s): (f/f) Elizabeth/Jade (an Empress twin), (m/f) Elizabeth/Jack (eventually).
Chapters: 6/? (How do even my short fics end up being as long as novels?!) Rating: varies from PG to R so far.
A/N: Elizabeth's Chinese nickname is pronounced “Tyen-Uh,” though it seems to be written as “Tian'E.”
Summary: For Elizabeth, the world may be ended, but she is still forced to live in it. Winds carry her to Singapore, where she learns to fight, encounters a mysterious man of business from Shanghai, and hears tales of a mystical amulet that affords its bearer the ability to hear others' thoughts, giving them the power to connect with loved ones far away and sense instantly any treachery close at hand.
Chapters so far: C.1 "The Flash of the Sword," C.2 "The Night Drum, " C. 3 " The Woman on the Moon," C.4 "River of Silver," C.5 "White Swan, Black Crane, C.6 "The Mouth of the Yang-Tze."
