Queen really was amazing. Aila almost couldn't hold her lips around her straw as she tried to enjoy her melon soda. "And, well, you can imagine what happened next, can't you?"
Aila didn't think the question was directed at her, but she still shook her head.
"I gave that jerk-wad the high kick of his life," Queen went on, "I imagine he's still hunched over his groin. Or at the very least, he isn't putting his genes out there anymore." She looked very proud about this accomplishment and spread her arms akimbo.
The straw fell out of Aila's open mouth.
