Howdy! I've got a stack of recs for the tv series Farscape, a great SF show that included a number of complex female characters.

These recs were compiled with the outstanding help of

I give you more lives than you can count by Pene, R, het/bob post-Season 3. AU. Not all authors remember that Aeryn is not human. Here, Pene does. highly recommended

Aeryn In Scarlet by

searose, NC-17, between Seasons 3 and 4. A hard read, but worth it. Adult themes.

In the Dark by

cofax7, PG, gen, between Seasons 3 and 4 Now she couldn't stop thinking, couldn't stop remembering. The memories wouldn't stay where they belonged anymore. The warrior goes on living.

Volare by

thassalia, PG-13, bob/het, late Season 3 and Season 4, "Terra Firma" The Prowler smells different and exactly the same as every Prowler she's ever flown, the controls worn in the same spots, the seats vaguely uncomfortable and perfectly familiar. Aeryn as warrior and as pilot.

fialka, PG-13, het, Season 4. AU canon-fixit story. highly recommended

Bargain with the Devil by

simplystars, PG, Season 4 The devil you know... Aeryn mades a life-saving deal - but who's life?

Full of Sleep by
