Day 14 Theme - Celebrations

Birthdays, Holidays, Anniversaries. Parties for Getting a New Job, a New House, or out of Jail. There are many occasions that call for celebration. Is the character the life of the party, the host with the most, or a wallflower just hanging in there until there's a polite time to leave? Or maybe you use the post to celebrate the many things that make your favorite character special.

Please do not feel constrained by the themes. Anything focusing on women is welcome. You can post your work directly to the comm or as a comment on this post.

The "playing games" theme gave me the idea for this rec set of vids about female athletes. I've skipped individual blurbs here but they're all fantastic vids about the power and persistence of the athletes and the moving highs and lows of defeats and victories in sports.

Content notes: all vids contain some amount of lights from camera flashes and/or the camera movement typical in live sports. Some vids have blurryness or other artifacts from older/transferred footage, in particular Diva and Tightrope.
