Yahtzee63 Rec Set: AtS, BtVS, Alias, Others

yahtzee63 writes phenomenal fic, much of it centered around awesome female characters. Some of her stuff has already been rec'd, but I don't think these are repeats.

As Time Goes By
Fascinating AU crossover between AtS and Casablanca. Great portrayals of Cordelia, Buffy, Lilah, and Fred.

BTVS
Pheonix Burning
A classic. AU, future set after "The Gift." All six slayers are awesome, but Buffy and Sumiko are amazingly characterized.

Alias
No For Yes (Irina). The SpyRent backstory!
Evergreen (Nadia). Post-apocalyptic awesomeness. Jack/Nadia.
Bind Them With Fury (Syd, mostly). What happens when Syd has had enough, and goes on the proactive?
Jack Bristow at the Edge of Reason (Bridget Jones and Syd (and Jack) - HiLARious) The only shortish fic on the list.

Joan of Arcadia
Goodnight Moon
Crossover with "The Day After Tomorrow." Amazing piece of writing, full stop.

Summary: "Imagine being stuck someplace and having no control over what's happening. Not being able to leave, even if you wanted to." Grace looks at Joan's profile in the dying light of the Girardi's backyard, and thinks she has a pretty good idea of what that feels like. Joan and Grace, the summer after season one.
Note: The title is from the Leonard Cohen song of the same name. I wrote this a while back, but with all the Joan of Arcadia love from last post, I figured I'd link to this one for posterity.

Notes: Not a TON of prior knowledge of either fandom is needed, but basically, Joan talks to God. He tells her to do stuff. Most of the time it works out well, however it has caused her life issues. Summer is awesome.
