DCAU, Ivy&Harley

Poison Ivy looked over at the woman sitting on the work table. She then sighed, because it was obvious Harley was not backing away from her idea.

"You want us to stage a heist at Willingham's, so that Catwoman can carry off her heist at Brubaker's, because you think the bat babies will chase us instead, and the Bat will go after her?"

"Yep! Isn't it romantic, Red?"

Living with the Joker so long had broken reality for Harley. That was the only explanation. But, Harley had a point. They owed Catwoman a favor.

"We use my plan," she agreed.

Identity - Firefly - River Tam

Even though she was still the youngest person on Serenity, she could clearly see the phases of her life that had gone before.

There was the Girl before- Simon’s sister, getting into his hair, questioning their father with frightening regularity, a dancing, free-spirit.

There was the Student- she only felt fragments of this phase. So much of her time at the Academy had been blocked and she might have been fortunate not to remember some of the darker moments.

There was the Rescued Girl with the fragmented mind, also known to some as Crazy Killer Woman. She was devoted to and dependent on Simon more than ever, but she was afraid of her capabilities and the violence that lurked inside.

And then there was whoever she was now, a woman in a girl’s body, trying to piece together what she could. She looked out into the darkness of space and slowed her breathing.

Pilot. That’s who she was. Serenity’s guide, keeping her in the air with all the love that she had.
