First, thank you so much to all who participated and helped to make this challenge a success! We got so many great stories, recs, vids, icons, discussion, and other amazing contributions, and I hope you all enjoyed this comm as much as anenko, liviapenn, and I enjoyed putting it together.

Because several people mentioned that they were working on halfamoon projects they were unable to finish in time, we're going to leave the community open and have an amnesty for International Women's Day, which falls on March 8th (approximately three weeks from now). If you missed posting the first time around, this is your chance! And of course there's always next year.

Could you clarify this? Do you mean "go ahead and finish up whatever you're working on - when March 8 rolls around, you can post then!" or "starting now, until March 8, feel free to post to the com"?

The latter, sorry if that was unclear. However, if people want to post in the interim as well, I don't really have an objection to that--I just think it will be nice to have a bunch of posts on March 8th. Whatever, I'm not draconian about it... I'm more than happy that people want to post more!
