FIC | The X-Files | Dana Scully | 155 word challenge

The 155 word fic challenge originated with Scully Fic, and was revived bytree and me for scully_fest, a celebration of Dana Scully's 50th birthday. I reposted it here in 2017, 2018, and 2020, too. (I see I wrote one in 2018.) There is an AO3 collection as well: Scully in 155 for all 155 word fics about Dana Scully, whether written for halfamoon, or for the original challenge in 2001.

FIC | Spectrum Mobile TV Commercial, 'Scientist Saves 40%' | Scientists | Time Travel

When an excited scientist returns to her lab with a new phone and Spectrum 5G plan, she tells her colleagues that it's literally the smartest thing she's ever done. When they remind her that she split an atom with a soda bottle and two straws, found the 10th planet and cured hiccups, she is undeterred.

Come on: 5G nationwide and she saved 40%. Her last line is the prompt.

"I almost forgot. I figured out time travel. So we're gonna get nuts later..."
