I love Diana. Well, I don't love her - she's a double crossing cow who doesn't deserve the love of a man like Mulder not very nice. But oh she's so many layers of grey! I just sort of had the idea that it'd be pretty easy for her to fake her own death so she could help Mulder, and not have the syndicate on her back. I'd have loved to have seen her being portrayed as that bit more human on the show.
