Summary: Val is deeply familiar with Shit Town, but defies it to the end.
Reccer's Notes: I'm not sure if anyone recalls a podcast that went somewhat viral a while back (2017?) called S-Town. It was made by the same people that made 'Serial' which was about a murder in my city. Anyway, S-Town was enthralling.
When this vid came along incorporating that theme into Solo and into Val specifically, I was sold! We didn't get nearly enough about her in the movie, but what we did get was someone who knew the score and knew that life was handing her a shit-sandwich (wait... there's the food! LOL) but she grabbed on for whatever she could. Tough and a little jaded, she didn't suffer fools. And this vid is a fabulous tribute to her character.
